-
Ingredients
95g Smooth Granola Butter
80g porridge oats
2 x apples
2 x pears
2 tbsp syrup ( we used Nick's fibre syrup, but maple syrup/honey can be used)
Optional:
Custard, ice cream or yoghurt to serve -
Method
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180C.
Step 2: Chop the apples and slice the pears.
Step 3: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the apples, pears and syrup. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the fruit is softened. Once done, turn off the heat and add to a baking dish.
Step 4: Now for the crumble, combine the porridge oats and Granola Butter in a bowl. Once combined, place the crumble on top of your fruit filling, spreading it evenly.
Step 5: Bake for 25 minutes at 180C.
Step 6: Serve with either custard, ice cream or yoghurt for a lighter option. Enjoy!
