Our nut-free spread combines with oats and syrup to create this perfect harmony. Drizzled Granola Butter on top over the chocolate for a feathered unique pattern

Granola Butter Flapjacks

The perfect harmony of oats, syrup and Granola Butter in every bite. Try these irresistibly chewy and buttery delights.

Cook time: 15 minutes

  • Ingredients

    1 x jar of Crunchy Granola Butter
    75g butter
    4 tbsp coconut sugar
    4 tbsp maple syrup
    200g oats
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    Pinch of salt
    100g dark chocolate chips (optional)
    Topping (optional):
    150g dark chocolate
    2 tsp coconut oil
    2 tbsp of Smooth Granola Butter

  • Method

    Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180C, and line a baking tin with baking parchment.

    Step 2: Gently melt together the butter, coconut sugar and syrup. Once melted, stir in
    the Granola Butter until combined.

    Step 3: Add in the oats, vanilla extract and salt, mixing until combined.

    Step 4: Optional - Let it cool slightly, and add in the chocolate chips

    Step 5: Pour the mixture into the lined baking tin and bake for 13-15 minutes, until golden
    on top. Leave to cool, then if you’d like to add a topping…

    Optional topping:

    Step 6: Melt together the chocolate and coconut oil – we used a Bain Marie.

    Step 7: Pour the melted mixture over the flapjacks. Add the Granola Butter on top and use a skewer to feather and create patterns. Place in the fridge to set, then cut into slices and enjoy! Store in an airtight container.
